 | 1 Once fully charged press the translucent button nearest the head to turn the unit on. The blue LED indicator will start to flash to indicate that the unit is working and generating bioelectromagnetic induction waves. |
 | 2 After 15 seconds, the green LED indicator in the head of the unit will start to flash simultaneously with the blue LED. This indicates that the induction wave heads are now turbo-charged and working at maximum output. |
 | 3 You may treat through hydrogel dressings bandages or clothing if you prefer, as the unit is effective even when not in contact with the body surface directly, as the X4000 can penetrate up to 6cm through synthetic tissue, body tissue and even water (bear in mind that the human body is made up of in excess of 70% water). |
 | 4 Move unit gently over the surface of the skin in a small circular motion, making sure that you make even passes over the area. The unit should be held as near vertical as possible when applying the treatment for maximum effect. |
5 After a short period of time the device field begins to engage with the recipient''s own body fields. This effect can be felt by most users during the first wave therapy session.Typical effects that may be present when device is used are as follows:

6 The X4000 is programmed to switch off automatically after seven minutes, but you may activate it for an additional session immediately if required. It is recommended that no more than four consecutive sessions are undertaken at any one time. After approximately 30 minutes gap between the last session it is safe to resume application. | |

| 8 Remember to connect the unit to the recharging adaptor after use to ensure full charge before next usage. | |
 | 9 A fully charged unit will last for around three days, depending on level of usage. If the blue or green indicator lights stop flashing even when switched on, it is time to recharge the unit. This will take approximately four hours. |
