The tens pain reliever is a well built machine that has been of great benefit to me. During last winter I was suffering severe knee pains, which was what prompted me to order the machine. I used it regularly, both with the pads and the acupuncture pen, it made a great deal of difference to my condition in quite a short time. I can recommend this great little pain reliever. Extremely effective for soft tissue tension. I massage for a living and have very tight shoulders which need regular treatment. This massager relieves discomfort and helps prevent tension headaches. It is a bit fiddly with the pads but well worth buying.
